Renewal is due each year in May. There are three ways to renew membership:
1. Complete the online form below, including credit card information and submit.
2. Print this form and mail it with a check for the relevant amount to:

Active Members: How do you prefer to fulfill your required volunteer hours?

• Working in any Unit-sponsored garden such as Festival Hill or Brenham ISD, and any other Unit-approved garden or seed cleaning
• Supporting the Herbal Forum, plant sale and/or Thyme Well Spent Shop, with mailouts, assembling packets, etc.
• Hosting a meeting, including a.m. refreshments, setup/cleanup, decorating, serving lunch and/or Angel duties
• Educational activities such as presentations (including A/V), research articles for the newsletter (up to 4 hours prep), participation in education events
• Unit administration: being an officer or board member, maintaining or updating Unit scrapbook, sending greeting cards to Unit members
• Other activities approved by the board of directors. We can work with you to find volunteer opportunities

• Affiliate (Unit or Member-At-Large) – single – $67.00
• Affiliate (Unit or Member-At-Large) – joint – $98.00

Whether you choose the category of Active member or Affiliate member, the total amount of your Dues is still $67 (single) or $98 (joint), unless you are an Active member of another unit. Then you only pay the $12 to be an Affiliate member of our unit and you pay your primary unit the HSA dues. Questions about different levels of membership should be directed to the membership chair.
